What is Deep Integration Therapy?

After the consultation you will lie on the therapy couch fully clothed. Paul will then lead you into a relaxed hypnosis state and then will place his hands on your head and channel integration healing energies. Whilst the energies are working on you, Paul will lead you through some hypnosis visualisations and will be working on your unconscious with positive suggestions. You may feel some tingling or warmth. Some people experience seeing colours or feel sensations of energies moving. Everyone finds the experience deeply relaxing.
