What Are Energy Essences?

An Energy Essence is spring water that has been infused with powerful healing energies. The energies are then released into your system when the Essence is taken as drops.   They work in a similar fashion to homeopathic and flower essence remedies. Energy Essences are powerful healing tools for the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of life. They work on many levels, from clearing karmic blockages to allow physical healings, releasing emotional trauma, clearing the etheric body and meridians of stagnation and so energising the body and mind. Energy Essences can also help with areas of your life where you are feeling stuck such as wealth attraction, relationships, spiritual journeys, confidence building, creativity, business and abundance. In fact there really is no area of life or health that an Energy Essence can't help with.

Which Essence Should I Choose?

There are seven ready made Energy Essences available to purchase online. These are:

• Recovery Essence - for energising body and mind and help with tiredness, fatigue and recovering from ill health.
• Relationship Essence - for help with attracting a Soul mate and for clearing issues surrounding sexuality.
• Positive Power Essence - for help with confidence, motivation mild depression, and general feelings of negativitiy.
• Abundance Essence - for attracting and cultivating wealth and abundance energies.
• Creativity Essence - for help with blockages in creativity and improving communication skills.
  
• Intuition Essence - for help with opening up psychically and developing intuitive abilities.
• Spirituality Essence - for help with meditation, connection to divine energies and synchronicity.

As well as the ready made ones, essences can also be made up individually to order. So if you have a particular issue or condition you would like some help with, we can create an Energy Essence to help.

How Are They Used?

The dosage for the energy essences is seven drops on the tongue, twice per day. Ideally they should be taken at the beginning and end of each day. Most people keep them by their bedside and take them as soon as they awake in the morning and just before they go to sleep at night.  Please note that the essences also contain a small amount of alcohol for preservative purposes.

Are There Any Side Effects?

Energy essences are completely safe to use and you cannot overdose on them.  There are generally no side effects, however you may experience some mild detoxification symptoms such as headache, loose bowels, nausea and aches and pains.  If you do experience any such symptoms, then you should stop taking the essence for two or three days, drink plenty of water and resume taking them when your symptoms have cleared up.
