Introduction

Welcome to Higher Reality Healing, a website devoted to the Healing Arts. I am Paul Haynes, an Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist , Composer and Musician, Writer, Abundance Life Coach and creator of Energy Essences. I am also the co-founder of Hypnopuncture, a therapy combining Hypnosis and Acupuncture.

I began my healing journey over 15 years ago when I took my first Reiki workshop. Since then I have traveled a path of healing and meditation and creativity and along the way have met and studied with some amazing teachers and helped and treated and learned from many wonderful people.

Higher Reality Healing

Higher Reality Healing is a system of divine healing energies, techniques and tools I have channelled, created and developed from the level of the Divine Self.

Each of us has deep within ourselves a spark of the Divine Consciousness, and it is from that level of reality that the most profound healing can take place.

Higher Reality Healing can help with a wide range of conditions including physical ailments and emotional and psychological issues. One to one healing sessions are available in Highgate, London at the Summit Clinic. There is also free distant healing available on this site and the opportunity to purchase energy essences, hypnosis, meditation and music cds, as well as treatment packs and other healing tools.

To receive a healing simply gaze at the red sphere at the centre of the Higher Reality Healing symbol and inwardly ask your Divine Self for healing energies. You may ask for a specific condition to be worked on or you may ask for an energising session if you are feeling low energetically, or you may just wish to experience the energies. Alternatively, you may ask for healing for other people, or for situations in your life or others, for relationships, issues, places or anything which you wish to be healed. After you have made the request you should then find a place to relax and then lie or sit down with your eyes closed for 20-30 minutes. The symbol and ideally the music also, should continue to play in the background. It is better to reset any screensaving programme to initiate after the desired healing period. However dont worry if you are not able to do this as healing will still take place. You may also continue to gaze at the symbol during the healing if you wish. This distant healing is especially powerful when used in conjuction with
Higher Reality Energy Essences.
