What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki is the Japanese phrase for "universal life energy," The Usui System of Reiki Healing is a hands-on healing practice. Reiki - universal life energy - is channeled through the practitioner's hands for self-treatment or treatment of others. The result of receiving Reiki is enhanced health and well-being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

What kind of problems can it help with?

Reiki Healing is excellent for helping with stress, anxiety and tension and is also good for many emotional problems.

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts one hour including consultation and discussion time.

What does a treatment involve?

After the consultation you will lie on the therapy couch fully clothed. Paul will place his hands on your head and channel the energies. You may feel some tingling or warmth. Some people experience seeing colours or feel sensations of energies moving. Everyone finds the experience very relaxing.

What does a treatment cost?

All energy healing sessions cost £60. Paul offers Vortex Healing in Highgate, London and in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
